We wish we could tell you something interesting and fancy about this recipe. Like how we tried several different recipes until we found the perfect oatmeal raisin cookie, but not this time. We haven't made oatmeal raisin cookies in a long time, so we just got this recipe on the lid of a quaker oats container.
We're definitely keeping this one in our recipes books and plan to make these more often! They were soooo yummy! Crunchy on the outside and sweet and chewy in the inside. We wouldn't change one thing about this recipe.

The name for these cookies is dead on! We made almost 3 dozen with this recipe and we're down to 2 dozen now.... It's been less than an hour since we baked them.... Don't know if they'll make it till tomorrow...
